Yes. Applicants will receive a maximum of one offer from the lottery, and it is possible for applicants to receive no offers from the lottery. You will remain on the waitlist for any schools you ranked higher. Accepting a seat offer does not affect your waitlist status for any other school. 

Applicants will only be removed from a waitlist upon request. You can check the current status of your application anytime by logging into your Avela account. For more details, please see the question: What does it mean when I rank the schools I’m applying for in my application?
