We provide traditionally under-served students the opportunity to learn in an academically rigorous environment that provides the social and academic support to excel. At Travis, students may attain their high school diploma while earning an associate degree and/or up to 60 college hours at no cost to students’ families. Students receive valuable exposure to college life, create a seamless transition from high school to post-secondary education, and get strong support network that includes tutors and college planning advisors.

We share important dates and deadlines, tips on how to apply, and resources to learn more. See dates, times, and locations of all District Info Sessions here.

  • Virtual Sessions: Join by tuning in to our live broadcast on the SAISD Choice Schools & Programs Facebook page. Parents will be able to post questions directly in the comments during the presentations, and we’ll answer in real time! Questions may also be sent ahead of time by direct message through the Facebook page, or by email to choice@saisd.net.
  • In-Person Sessions: No sign-up is needed. These sessions take place at our neighborhood high schools, so parking is free. To make sure seating can remain socially distanced, we advise just 1 parent and 1 child per family attend each event. *Masks are required due to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
